Available for bookings at Seaford on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday The session is a combination of education, process and practice. We look at the goals you want to achieve and the sessions work in a layering process towards your goals. Different people are at different places i their journey so these sessions are tailored to you. The sessions may be a combination of family constellations (in the group sessions, privately, in the minds eyes) as well as other powerful processes. We integrate the mind, body and soul. We integrate the conscious with the unconscious, through the nervous system and somatic body. It can seem simple and subtle yet the results are deep.
