12 week: Wholeness package

Service Description

Wholeness package: Is a 12 week container specifically designed to suit your needs. You have access to me throughout that 12 weeks in addition to the weekly session (conditions apply). Choose the first time and we will book the remaining sessions after our first session. If you are really serious about shifting the patterns of the past that are holding you back this package is for you. We dive deep into the old imprints and entanglements and help you recreate your life. * Not all sessions will be family constellation sessions. * All sessions will be online * Sessions will be weekly (preferably same time each week) * You will be given simple tasks to do between sessions to help embed our session * phone, text and email access to me between session if triggers come up. This package is to help you - understand and work through the essential elements your body needs to heal - reorient you back to the body, finding what is essential - come back into the body and nervous system - looking at entanglements in your system - rediscover you without the old imprints of the past. - start recreating agency in your life and reclaim YOU Each session 1 1/2 hour The sessions are a combination of education, process and practice. We look at the goals you want to achieve and the sessions work in a layering process towards your goals. Different people are at different places i their journey so these sessions are tailored to you. The sessions may be a combination of family constellations (in the group sessions, privately, in the minds eyes) as well as other powerful processes. We integrate the mind, body and soul. We integrate the conscious with the unconscious, through the nervous system and somatic body. It can seem simple and subtle yet the results are deep. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation to scheduled sessions no refund applies, you may change to another date within 3 months of original booking. If not rescheduled within 3 months the booking will be lost.
